Out of Stock Items
If your selection is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and an order will be placed that will be dispatched to you within four to six weeks.
Each piece is lovingly handmade in our studios in Zimbabwe and in Mauritius. We promise it will be worth the wait! The pieces are then packaged with great care and shipped to South Africa.
At Patrick Mavros, everything is charmingly human. Here nothing is automated.
If you shop at our online store, your order lands on Alexander Mavros’ desk and is given to Anthea to complete.
She personally selects your pieces, polishes it by hand, wrap it in our signature wrapping paper adorned with silver foil elephants, crowns it with a colourful silk bow, hand writes the optional gift message and prepares it for shipping.
All with care and sincere thanks for your support. Each owner of a Patrick Mavros piece is part of our wider family so please keep in touch as we love to hear what adventures it gets up to over the years.

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so.
Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us, by emailing; southafrica@patrickmavros.com with full details of your order. We'll be happy to advise on the best way to proceed.
All items should be returned new, unused and in it's original Patrick Mavros packaging.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs and any taxes.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a certificate of postage, as we can only be responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.
Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or in a faulty condition, and for orders cancelled before dispatch under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).

Duties
Depending on which country we are sending your goods to you may incur import duties.
It all began when Patrick created a pair of earrings for his wife Catja, who wore them to the hair salon, where her hairdresser saw them and requested that a pair be made for her. Soon afterwards, all the other ladies who went to the salon were asking for similar earrings and from this gift of love, our journey as Africa’s luxury house began.
Patrick and Catja have injected their style and creativity into the magical environment of their home and studio in the sanctuary of the Umwimsi Valley where they brought up their four sons.
From day one, the boys grew up immersed in the creative surroundings of their father’s studio. Alexander, Forbes, Patrick Jnr and Benjamin infused the house of Mavros with their enthusiasm, creativity and passion with a serious pinch of fun...
Marrying intricate craftsmanship with an intrepid family heritage, every piece that we make has been designed by a member of the family with the sole intention of bringing delight and showcasing the very best of African luxury.
