We ship using UPS, DHL or FedEx and duties and applicable taxes might incur depending on the country of destination. Please contact us for more information.
If your selection is not in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours and an order will be placed that will be dispatched to you within four to six weeks.
Each piece is lovingly handmade in our studios in Zimbabwe and in Mauritius. We promise it will be worth the wait! The pieces are then packaged with great care and shipped to South Africa.
At Patrick Mavros, everything is charmingly human. Here nothing is automated.
If you shop at our online store, your order lands on Alexander Mavros’ desk and is given to Anthea to complete.
She personally selects your pieces, polishes it by hand, wrap it in our signature wrapping paper adorned with silver foil elephants, crowns it with a colourful silk bow, hand writes the optional gift message and prepares it for shipping.

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us, but if you need to return items to us for a refund or exchange you have 30 days to do so.
Please notify us of your intention to return your order to us, by emailing; firstname.lastname@example.org with full details of your order. We'll be happy to advise on the best way to proceed.
All items should be returned new, unused and in it's original Patrick Mavros packaging.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs and any taxes.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and it is advised that you obtain a certificate of postage, as we can only be responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our store.
Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice.
Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or in a faulty condition, and for orders cancelled before dispatch under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs).
